• Institute Teacher Phone Number: We collect the phone number of your child's institute teacher during login.
• Parent Phone Number: We collect the phone number you provide during login.
• Parent Password: We securely send the password you provide when logging in along with data which needed for login authentication.

How We Use Your Information

• Account Authentication: We use your phone number, your child's institute teacher's phone number, and your password to verify your identity when you log in to the App.
• Delivering Notifications: The App uses your information to receive and display FCM notifications from your child's institute teacher.
• Receiving Messages: We use your information to enable the display of one-way messages from your child's institute teacher to parents Android App.
• Attendance Table: Attendance Table data is linked to your parent account during the account creation process managed by your child's institute teacher.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share your information with the following parties and in the described circumstances : Institute Teacher, Service Providers.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will provide notice if changes are significant.

Acceptance of Terms: By using the App or installing the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. This means no one else can log into the Android app with the same parent account, even if they know your credentials. If you change your phone, accidentally remove the app and reinstall it, or suspect unauthorized access, you must contact your child's institute teacher to reset your account's login session. This enhanced security measure is designed to protect your account and your child's attendance information.

Appropriate Conduct: You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in a manner that does not violate laws or the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding its functionality, reliability, or accuracy. We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including those of fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or otherwise) that may arise from using the App. This includes damages due to data loss, errors, or failure of the App to function as expected.

One-Time Login: The App is designed with a one-time login mechanism. To log in again, you will need to request a login session reset through your child's institute teacher's account. This enhances security by preventing unauthorized access even if your credentials are compromised.

Changes to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions: We may update this document. Significant changes will be communicated, but you are advised to review it periodically.
